{Style} Back to Life...

Well, it's official; I survived camping in the bear-ridden back-country (nice initiation, huh?) with only two near car accidents, a minor tent fire (I'm not joking) and half a dozen bug bites... Let's just say it's been quite a weekend. Good thing I don't have to work today, because I really need the extra day to sort out my life (and my back).

When Mr. AiF saw this outfit yesterday, he scoffed, asked if I was wearing Snookie's grandmother's jacket and started singing "beat that beat up." My fiance, ladies and gentlemen... I'll just leave you with that thought. xx

{Style} Purple Pop...

Purple is my new jam, because no matter what I seem to do, it's always creeping into my wardrobe via pants, a new blazer and even jewelry (win your own Les Arts Plastiques necklace here!). This isn't normally my favourite colour, but for whatever reason I seem to be all about it this season. Another thing I'm all about lately? Translucent bags. I found this one on Etsy, and since my DIY skills weren't quite up to the challenge, I ordered two... Hey, when you find yourself a good thing, you don't mess. xx
